We started with a clear idea: to serve authentic Mexican food, with nothing held back and made from scratch.

Our Philosophy

Our secret isn’t a mystery—it’s simply time and respect for the ingredients. We combine our families’ secret recipes and spices imported directly from Mexico with the finest local ingredients, like spectacular beef and cheeses from Cantabria. Every torta and taco we make takes hours of craftsmanship: long marinades, slow cooking and plenty of care.

That daily effort led us to achieve a milestone we’re incredibly proud of: winning the award for Best Taco in Spain. It’s recognition that motivates us to keep raising the bar for Mexican cuisine and surprising every customer who tries our famous Birria or Taco Gobernador.
